Particle Identification in 4th
Vito Di Benedetto, John Hauptman, Anna Mazzacane

TL;DR
This paper presents 12 particle identification measurements in the 4th detector, combining test beam, cosmic muon, and simulation data to cover all standard model partons.
Contribution
It introduces a comprehensive set of particle identification methods validated across multiple testing platforms for the 4th detector.
Findings
Seven measurements validated with test beam data
One measurement demonstrated with cosmic muon data
Remaining measurements planned for ILCroot testing
Abstract
We describe 12 measurements in the 4th detector that yield particle identification information. Seven of these have been demonstrated with test beam data from the DREAM collaboration, one demonstrated in cosmic muon test data, one verified in ILCroot, and the remaining three will be tested in ILCroot. Not all are independent, but as a whole they cover all partons of the standard model.
