Efimov states with strong three-body losses
F\'elix Werner (LKB - Lhomond)

TL;DR
This paper analytically investigates how Efimov trimer states are affected by strong three-body losses, revealing a regime where their energies become real and decay rates diminish, indicating potential stability.
Contribution
It provides an analytical description of Efimov states under strong three-body losses, identifying conditions where decay rates vanish and energies become real.
Findings
Energies approach the positive real axis
Decay rates vanish in a specific regime
Analytical model of Efimov states with losses
Abstract
We determine analytically how Efimov trimer states are modified by three-body losses within the model of Braaten and Hammer. We find a regime where the energies approach the positive real axis and the decay rates vanish.
