Shengjun Wu, Sixia Yu, Klaus M{\o}lmer

TL;DR
This paper introduces new inequalities for measurement probabilities in mutually unbiased bases of qudits, resulting in broader applicability and tighter bounds on entropic uncertainty relations compared to previous results.
Contribution
It presents novel inequalities that improve the bounds and validity range of entropic uncertainty relations for qudit systems.
Findings
Wider validity ranges for entropic uncertainty bounds
Tighter bounds on measurement probabilities in MUBs
Enhanced understanding of quantum measurement uncertainties
Abstract
We derive new inequalities for the probabilities of projective measurements in mutually unbiased bases of a qudit system. These inequalities lead to wider ranges of validity and tighter bounds on entropic uncertainty inequalities previously derived in the literature.
