Anomalous scaling and anisotropy in models of passively advected vector fields
Heikki Arponen

TL;DR
This paper investigates how anisotropic forcing affects the scaling behavior of passive vector fields, revealing anomalous scaling phenomena and potential deviations from isotropic dominance in turbulent regimes.
Contribution
It provides an exact solution for the pair correlation function in passive vector models with anisotropic forcing, highlighting the impact on scaling and isotropy breakdown.
Findings
Identification of anomalous scaling in passive vector models
Evidence of isotropic dominance breakdown in the inertial range
Exact analytical solutions for correlation functions
Abstract
The small and large scale problem of various passive vector models with anisotropic forcing is considered by solving exactly the equation for the pair correlation function. Emphasis is placed in the phenomena of anomalous scaling and the possible breakdown of isotropic dominance in the inertial range.
