Doubly heavy baryons in QCD sum rules
Jian-Rong Zhang, Ming-Qiu Huang

TL;DR
This paper calculates the mass spectra of doubly heavy baryons using QCD sum rules, proposing a heavy-diquark--light-quark model and including operators up to dimension six, with results aligning with other theories.
Contribution
It introduces a systematic QCD sum rule approach with a specific diquark-light quark configuration for doubly heavy baryons, including higher-dimensional operators.
Findings
Numerical results agree with other theoretical models.
Supports the (QQ)-(q) baryon structure hypothesis.
Provides mass spectra predictions for doubly heavy baryons.
Abstract
The mass spectra of doubly heavy baryons are systematically calculated in the framework of QCD sum rules. With a tentative heavy-diquark--light-quark configuration, the interpolating currents representing the doubly heavy baryons are proposed. Contributions of the operators up to dimension six are included in operator product expansion. The numerical results are compatible with other theoretical predictions, which may support the structure of doubly heavy baryons.
