TL;DR
This paper reports a preliminary measurement of the Bs0 meson mixing parameter using semileptonic and hadronic decay samples, with an unbinned likelihood fit yielding Dms = 18.53 ps^{-1} with associated uncertainties.
Contribution
It provides the first measurement of Bs0 mixing parameter using a combined sample of semileptonic and hadronic decays at the D0 experiment.
Findings
Measured Dms = 18.53 ps^{-1} with statistical and systematic uncertainties.
Used a sample of 2.4 fb^{-1} of data from the D0 experiment.
Applied an unbinned likelihood fit to decay length data.
Abstract
In this report, we present a preliminary measurement of the Bs0 mixing parameter using samples of four partially reconstructed semileptonic Bs0 decays and one fully reconstructed hadronic decay mode, corresponding to approximately 2.4 fb^{-1} of integrated luminosity. We perform an unbinned likelihood fit to the proper decay length and obtain Dms = 18.53 +- 0.93 (stat.) +- 0.30 (syst) ps^{-1}$.
