Infrared cut-off proposal for the Holographic density
L. N. Granda, A. Oliveros

TL;DR
This paper introduces a new infrared cut-off for holographic dark energy that includes the Hubble scale and its derivative, addressing causality issues and the coincidence problem in cosmology.
Contribution
It proposes a novel infrared cut-off incorporating the Hubble scale and its derivative, improving holographic dark energy models.
Findings
Avoids causality problems in holographic dark energy
Addresses the coincidence problem
Provides a more consistent infrared cut-off
Abstract
We propose an infrared cut-off for the holographic the dark-energy, which besides the square of the Hubble scale also contains the time derivative of the Hubble scale. This avoids the problem of causality which appears using the event horizon area as the cut-off, and solves the coincidence problem.
