It introduces the use of generalized D-dimensional unitarity for calculating one-loop amplitudes in W+3 jet production, a novel approach in this context.
Findings
Computed all relevant one-loop virtual corrections
Enhanced precision in W+3 jet production modeling
Demonstrated the effectiveness of D-dimensional unitarity
Abstract
We employ the recently developed method of generalized -dimensional unitarity to compute one-loop virtual corrections to all scattering amplitudes relevant for the production of a boson in association with three jets in hadronic collisions, treating all quarks as massless.
