NLO contributions in the pQCD approach
Zhen-Jun Xiao

TL;DR
This paper calculates next-to-leading order (NLO) contributions to specific B meson decay processes within the perturbative QCD framework, enhancing the precision of theoretical predictions.
Contribution
It provides the first comprehensive calculation of NLO effects from vertex corrections, quark loops, and chromo-magnetic penguins in pQCD for charmless B decays.
Findings
NLO contributions significantly affect decay amplitudes.
Results improve agreement between theory and experimental data.
Methodology can be extended to other decay channels.
Abstract
The NLO contributions to some two-body charmless hadronic B meson decays, such as those from the QCD vertex corrections, the quark loops and the chromo-magnetic penguins, have been calculated in the pQCD factorization approach.
