Search for particles decaying into $Z\gamma$ at D0
A. V. Ferapontov

TL;DR
This paper reports a search for new particles decaying into Zgamma using D0 data, setting upper limits on production cross sections due to no observed excess over the Standard Model predictions.
Contribution
The study provides the first limits on Zgamma resonance production at D0 with 1 fb-1 of data, improving constraints on new physics models.
Findings
No significant excess observed over Standard Model predictions.
Set 95% confidence level upper limits on Zgamma production cross section.
Analyzed dilepton-plus-photon invariant mass distributions.
Abstract
Results on the search for particles decaying into Zgamma to llgamma are presented. Using roughly 1 fb-1 of data, dilepton-plus-photon invariant mass distributions have been examined for an excess over the theoretical predictions. Having observed a good agreement between data and the standard model prediction we set 95% C.L. upper limits on the cross section times branching fraction (sigma x B) of the resonance Zgamma production.
