Exclusive processes at HERA
Robert Ciesielski (DESY) (for the H1, ZEUS Collaborations)

TL;DR
This paper reviews recent high-precision HERA measurements of exclusive processes like vector meson production and DVCS, exploring their transition from soft to hard QCD interactions and comparing results with pQCD predictions.
Contribution
It provides updated experimental data on exclusive processes at HERA and analyzes their consistency with perturbative QCD models.
Findings
Measurements align with pQCD expectations in the hard regime
Data reveals the transition from soft to hard QCD interactions
Enhanced precision improves understanding of exclusive process dynamics
Abstract
An increased precision of HERA data allows studies of exclusive processes in their transition from soft to hard interactions as well as in the pQCD domain. The recent measurements of vector meson production and Deeply Virtual Compton Scattering (DVCS) performed by the H1 and ZEUS experiments are reported and compared to pQCD expectations.
