Seidel-Smith Cohomology for Tangles
Reza Rezazadegan

TL;DR
This paper extends Seidel and Smith's symplectic Khovanov cohomology to tangles by employing symplectic valued topological field theory, broadening the applicability of this mathematical framework.
Contribution
The work introduces a novel generalization of symplectic Khovanov cohomology to tangles using symplectic valued topological field theory.
Findings
Successful extension of symplectic Khovanov cohomology to tangles
Establishment of a symplectic valued topological field theory framework
Potential applications to knot and tangle invariants
Abstract
We generalize the "symplectic Khovanov cohomology" of Seidel and Smith to tangles using the notion of symplectic valued topological field theory introduced by Wehrheim and Woodward.
