Effect of Coherent State of Quarks and Mesons on Hadron Properties in the Extended Linear Sigma Model
M. Abu-shady

TL;DR
This paper uses an extended chiral sigma model with quark and meson fields solved via coherent pair approximation to improve predictions of nucleon properties, achieving better agreement with experimental data.
Contribution
It introduces a coherent pair approximation approach within the extended linear sigma model to enhance the accuracy of nucleon property predictions.
Findings
Improved agreement of nucleon properties with experimental data
Better results compared to previous models
Effective use of coherent pair approximation
Abstract
The extended chiral sigma model with quark fields and elementary pion and sigma fields is used to describe static nucleon properties. The field equations have been solved in coherent pair approximation. Better results are obtained for nucleon properties in comparison with previous work and reasonably agree with data.
