The influence of the Alfv\'enic drift on the shape of cosmic ray spectra in SNRs
V.N.Zirakashvili, V.S.Ptuskin

TL;DR
This paper investigates how Alfvénic drift affects cosmic ray spectra in supernova remnants, revealing that amplified magnetic fields can lead to significantly softer particle spectra.
Contribution
It introduces the impact of Alfvénic drift on cosmic ray acceleration in SNRs, highlighting the role of magnetic field amplification in spectral shaping.
Findings
Spectra of accelerated particles become softer with Alfvénic drift.
Amplified magnetic fields influence the spectral shape significantly.
Abstract
Cosmic ray acceleration in SNRs in the presence of the Alfv\'enic drift is considered. It is shown that spectra of accelerated particles may be considerably softer in the presence of amplified magnetic fields.
