Salvatore Galluccio, Fedele Lizzi, Patrizia Vitale

TL;DR
This paper investigates noncommutative scalar field theories using the Wick-Voros product, analyzing classical and quantum aspects, and computing Green's functions at one-loop order for two and four-point functions.
Contribution
It introduces the study of noncommutative scalar fields with the Wick-Voros product, providing explicit quantum calculations that extend prior work focused mainly on the Moyal product.
Findings
Green's functions calculated up to one loop for two and four points
Classical and quantum field theories analyzed with Wick-Voros product
Comparison with Moyal product highlights differences in noncommutative frameworks
Abstract
We study the noncommutative scalar field theory in the presence of the Wick-Voros product (or normally ordered product), a variant of the more studied Moyal product. We discuss both the classical and the quantum field theory in the quartic potential case, and calculate the Green's functions up to one loop, for the two and four points cases.
