Higher Twist Contributions to Deep-Inelastic Structure Functions
Johannes Bl\"umlein, Helmut B\"ottcher

TL;DR
This paper analyzes higher twist effects in deep-inelastic scattering, showing their size decreases with higher order QCD corrections, highlighting the importance of precision in theoretical modeling.
Contribution
It provides a detailed extraction of higher twist contributions in the large x region and examines their dependence on the order of perturbative corrections.
Findings
Higher twist contributions decrease from NLO to N^4LO.
Higher twist size correlates with the order of leading twist corrections.
Large x region shows significant higher twist effects.
Abstract
We report on a recent extraction of the higher twist contributions to the deep inelastic structure functions in the large region. It is shown that the size of the extracted higher twist contributions is strongly correlated with the higher order corrections applied to the leading twist part. A gradual lowering of the higher twist contributions going from NLO to NLO is observed, where in the latter case only the leading large terms were considered.
