Heavy quark spectroscopy and prediction of bottom baryon masses
Marek Karliner

TL;DR
This paper reviews recent precise theoretical predictions for bottom baryon masses, explores an effective supersymmetry between heavy baryons and mesons, and discusses potential observation of exotic heavy-quark hadrons.
Contribution
It introduces new accurate mass predictions for bottom baryons, proposes an effective supersymmetry framework, and suggests experimental avenues for detecting exotic heavy-quark hadrons.
Findings
Accurate predictions for bottom baryon masses.
Evidence for effective supersymmetry between heavy baryons and mesons.
Proposals for observing exotic heavy-quark hadrons.
Abstract
I discuss several recent highly accurate theoretical predictions for masses of baryons containing the b quark, as well as an effective supersymmetry between heavy quark baryons and mesons. I also suggest some possibilities for observing exotic hadrons containing heavy quarks.
