Continuing Progress on a Lattice QCD Software Infrastructure
Balint Joo (for the USQCD Collaboration)

TL;DR
This paper discusses advancements in lattice QCD software infrastructure, highlighting improvements that enable better utilization of leadership computers and multi-core architectures for scientific computations.
Contribution
It presents new developments in QCD software infrastructure that enhance performance on leadership and multi-core computing systems.
Findings
Enhanced software enables better use of leadership computers.
Progress in multi-core architecture support for QCD simulations.
Improved computational efficiency in lattice QCD applications.
Abstract
We report on the progress of the software effort in the QCD Application Area of SciDAC. In particular, we discuss how the software developed under SciDAC enabled the aggressive exploitation of leadership computers, and we report on progress in the area of QCD software for multi-core architectures.
