TL;DR
This paper investigates how axialvector mesons influence the chiral phase transition at finite temperature, highlighting their significant contribution to the vector spectral function via vector-axialvector mixing in hot matter.
Contribution
It provides a hadronic effective field theory description of vector-axialvector mixing effects in hot matter during chiral phase transition.
Findings
Axialvector mesons significantly affect the vector spectral function.
Vector-axialvector mixing plays a crucial role in hot matter.
The study emphasizes the importance of axialvector mesons in chiral dynamics.
Abstract
We discuss the importance of the axialvector meson in chiral phase transition at finite temperature. We show that there exists a significant contribution in the vector spectral function from the axialvector meson through the vector-axialvector mixing in hot matter.
