TL;DR
This paper demonstrates the equivalence between self-dual and Maxwell-Chern-Simons models incorporating Lorentz symmetry breaking, revealing new Lorentz-violating terms through gauge embedding and master action methods.
Contribution
It introduces a novel approach to establish duality in Lorentz-breaking models and uncovers new Lorentz-violating terms not previously identified.
Findings
Established duality between models with Lorentz symmetry breaking
Discovered new Lorentz-violating terms
Applied gauge embedding and master action techniques
Abstract
In this paper, we use gauge embedding procedure and master action approach to establish the equivalence between the self-dual and Maxwell-Chern-Simons models with Lorentz symmetry breaking. As a result, new kinds of Lorentz-breaking terms arise.
