CP Violation in B_s Mixing in the SUSY SU(5) GUT with Right-handed Neutrinos
Junji Hisano, Yasuhiro Shimizu

TL;DR
This paper explores how the supersymmetric SU(5) GUT with right-handed neutrinos can account for the observed deviation in the CP phase of B_s mixing, analyzing the model's potential to produce large corrections.
Contribution
It demonstrates that the SUSY SU(5) GUT with right-handed neutrinos can produce significant corrections to the B_s mixing CP phase, challenging the compatibility with recent experimental data.
Findings
The model's predicted CP phase deviation is marginally consistent with the 95% probability region.
Assuming supergravity-like boundary conditions constrains the possible corrections.
The model offers a potential explanation for the observed CP violation in B_s mixing.
Abstract
It is recently announced by the {\bf Ut}{\it fit} collaboration that the CP phase of the mixing amplitude, , deviates more than from the standard-model prediction. In this paper we discuss how large correction to is possible in the supersymmetric SU(5) ground unified model (SUSY SU(5) GUT) with right-handed neutrinos. Here, we assume the supergravity-like boundary condition for the SUSY-breaking terms. We found that the 95% probability region derived by the {\bf Ut}{\it fit} collaboration is marginal in this model.
