Why supersymmetry should be restored at the TeV scale
M. Gasperini

TL;DR
The paper argues that supersymmetry breaking cannot be fully transferred to extra dimensions, implying the TeV scale is the maximum SUSY-breaking scale consistent with current observations.
Contribution
It provides a novel explanation for the TeV scale as the maximal SUSY-breaking scale based solely on observational data, without hierarchy assumptions.
Findings
Vacuum energy curvature cannot be fully transferred to extra dimensions.
The TeV scale is identified as the upper limit for SUSY-breaking scale.
Current large-scale observations support the maximal SUSY-breaking scale at TeV energies.
Abstract
It is explained why the curvature associated to the vacuum energy density arising from SUSY breaking cannot be completely transferred to the extra spatial dimensions of a bulk space-time manifold, and it is shown -- without using hierarchy arguments but only the results of current large-scale observations -- why the Tev scale should correspond to the maximal allowed SUSY-breaking scale.
