TL;DR
This paper reports measurements of CP-violation parameters, branching fractions, and charge asymmetry in radiative B meson decays involving eta and K mesons, using data from the BaBar detector.
Contribution
First measurement of CP-violation parameters and branching fractions in B -> eta K gamma decays with detailed analysis of asymmetries.
Findings
Measured CP-violation parameters S and C with large uncertainties.
Determined branching fractions for B0 and B+ decays to eta K gamma.
Found no significant CP violation or charge asymmetry within uncertainties.
Abstract
We present measurements of the CP-violation parameters S and C for the radiative decay B0 -> eta K0s gamma; for B -> eta K gamma we also measure the branching fractions and for B+ -> eta K+ gamma the time-integrated charge asymmetry Ach. The data, collected with the BaBar detector at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center, represent BBbar pairs produced in annihilation. The results are , , BF(B0 -> eta K0 gamma) = , BF(B+ -> eta K+ gamma) = , and Ach = . The first error quoted is statistical and the second systematic.
