P. Bicudo, M. Cardoso, P. Santos, J. Seixas

TL;DR
This paper investigates how charmonium and bottomonium states bind at finite temperature using lattice QCD potentials, providing insights relevant for understanding signals in heavy ion collision experiments.
Contribution
It introduces a study of quarkonium binding at finite temperature using lattice QCD data, focusing on both charmonium and bottomonium spectra.
Findings
Charmonium and bottomonium binding energies decrease with temperature.
Results are relevant for interpreting signals in heavy ion collisions.
Provides lattice QCD-based potential models for quarkonium states.
Abstract
The charmonium (bottomonim) binding at finite temperature is studied with static potentials extracted from the lattice QCD data of Kaczmarek et al. The bottomonium spectrum is also studied. This is relevant for Hard Probes in Heavy Ion Collisions.
