Jaume Gomis, Amir Jafari Salim, Filippo Passerini

TL;DR
This paper develops a deformed supersymmetric field theory that models the Type IIB plane wave holographically in DLCQ, extending membrane theory and superalgebra invariance.
Contribution
It introduces a maximally supersymmetric deformation of the Bagger-Lambert theory invariant under Type IIB plane wave superalgebra.
Findings
The deformed theory on RxT^2 maintains maximal supersymmetry.
The theory holographically describes the Type IIB plane wave in DLCQ.
Superalgebra invariance is demonstrated for the deformed theory.
Abstract
We write down a maximally supersymmetric one parameter deformation of the field theory action of Bagger and Lambert. We show that this theory on RxT^2 is invariant under the superalgebra of the maximally supersymmetric Type IIB plane wave. It is argued that this theory holographically describes the Type IIB plane wave in the discrete light-cone quantization (DLCQ).
