Analytical correlation of routing table length index and routing path length index in hierarchical routing model
Tingrong Lu

TL;DR
This paper analytically explores the relationship between routing table length index and routing path length index in hierarchical routing models, building on prior work that showed an inverse relation.
Contribution
It provides an analytical correlation between routing table length index and routing path length index in hierarchical routing models, advancing theoretical understanding.
Findings
Establishes an analytical formula linking the two indices.
Confirms the inverse relation through mathematical derivation.
Enhances theoretical insights into hierarchical routing efficiency.
Abstract
In Kleinrock and Kamoun's paper, the inverse relation of routing table length index and routing path length index in hierarchical routing model is illustrated. In this paper we give the analytical correlation of routing table length index and routing path length index in hierarchical routing model.
