Weak interaction corrections to hadronic top quark pair production: contributions from quark-gluon and $b \bar b$ induced reactions
Werner Bernreuther, Michael Fuecker, Zong-Guo Si

TL;DR
This paper calculates the leading weak-interaction effects from specific subprocesses in top-quark pair production at the LHC, showing these effects are significant compared to other weak corrections.
Contribution
It extends previous work by evaluating the weak-interaction contributions from $b ar{b}$ and $g q (ar{q})$ subprocesses in top-quark pair production.
Findings
Weak contributions from $b ar{b}$ and $g q (ar{q})$ subprocesses are non-negligible.
These contributions significantly affect certain $t ar{t}$ distribution measurements.
The results highlight the importance of including these subprocesses in precise theoretical predictions.
Abstract
As an addendum to our previous evaluation of the weak-interaction corrections to hadronic top-quark pair production we determine the leading weak-interaction contributions due to the subprocesses and . For several distributions in production at the LHC we find that these contributions are non-negligible as compared to the weak corrections from the other partonic subprocesses.
