R. R. Gontsov, I. V. Vyugin

TL;DR
This paper extends previous work on the generalized Riemann-Hilbert problem by discussing a weak version and the scalar case, providing new insights into irregular singularities.
Contribution
It introduces a weak form of the generalized Riemann-Hilbert problem and explores the problem for scalar differential equations, advancing theoretical understanding.
Findings
Discussion of the weak GRH-problem
Analysis of the GRH-problem for scalar equations
Extensions to irregular singularities
Abstract
We give some additions to the article "On the generalized Riemann-Hilbert problem with irregular singularities" by Bolibruch, Malek, Mitschi (math/0410483). In particular, a weak GRH-problem and the GRH-problem for scalar differential equations are discussed.
