Search for $h_f\to\gamma\gamma$ with the D0 detector at $\sqrt{s}=1.96$ TeV
D0 Collaboration: V. Abazov, et al

TL;DR
This paper reports a search for a fermiophobic Higgs boson decaying into two photons using data from the D0 detector, setting new exclusion limits on its mass and parameter space.
Contribution
First search at the Tevatron for a fermiophobic Higgs decaying into gamma rays, establishing the most stringent mass limits to date.
Findings
No evidence for the resonance was found.
Excluded fermiophobic Higgs masses below 100 GeV at 95% confidence level.
Extended the parameter space coverage beyond previous LEP results.
Abstract
We report the results of a search for a narrow resonance decaying into two photons in 1.1 fb of data collected by the D0 experiment at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider during the period 2002-2006. We find no evidence for such a resonance and set a lower limit on the mass of a fermiophobic Higgs boson of GeV at the 95% C.L. This exclusion limit exceeds those obtained in previous searches at the Tevatron and covers a significant region of the parameter space vs. which was not accessible at the CERN LEP Collider.
