TL;DR
This paper investigates how the littlest Higgs model with T-parity (LHT) affects single top quark production at electron-proton collisions, showing potential for significant cross section enhancement over the Standard Model.
Contribution
It provides a detailed calculation of the LHT model's impact on the anomalous top coupling and single top production at ep colliders, highlighting possible observable effects.
Findings
LHT model enhances single top production cross section
Potential for detecting new physics at ep colliders
Significant deviation from Standard Model predictions
Abstract
Based on calculating the contributions of the littlest Higgs model with T-parity (called model) to the anomalous top coupling ( or ), we consider single top production via the t-channel partonic process at collision. Our numerical results show that the production cross section in the model can be significantly enhanced relative to that in the standard model.
