Stability of multipeakons
Khaled El Dika (LAGA), Luc Molinet (LAGA)

TL;DR
This paper proves the stability of ordered trains of peakons and multipeakons in the Camassa-Holm equation, extending previous stability results for individual peakons.
Contribution
It introduces new stability results for multipeakons and ordered trains of peakons, expanding the understanding of their dynamical behavior.
Findings
Stability of ordered trains of peakons established.
Stability of multipeakons proven.
Extends previous stability results to more complex peakon configurations.
Abstract
The Camassa-Holm equation possesses well-known peaked solitary waves that are called peakons. Their orbital stability has been established by Constantin and Strauss (2000). We prove here the stability of ordered trains of peakons. We also establish a result on the stability of multipeakons.
