Bhavin Patel, Ajay Kumar Rai, P.C.Vinodkumar

TL;DR
This paper models heavy flavor baryons with charm and beauty quarks using a hyper central approach, calculating their ground state masses with a potential that varies with a power index, revealing saturation behavior beyond a certain point.
Contribution
It introduces a hyper central three-body model with a Coulomb plus power potential to compute heavy baryon masses, exploring the effect of the potential's power index.
Findings
Mass predictions saturate beyond power index 1.0
Ground state masses computed for various quark combinations
Model provides insights into baryon mass dependence on potential parameters
Abstract
Heavy flavor baryons containing single and double charm (beauty) quarks with light flavor combinations are studied using the hyper central description of the three-body problem. The confinement potential is assumed as hyper central coulomb plus power potential with power index . The ground state masses of the heavy flavor, and baryons are computed for different power index, starting from 0.5 to 2.0. The predicted masses are found to attain a saturated value in each case of quark combinations beyond the power index .
