J.Balasubramanyam, Venkataraya, G. Ramachandran

TL;DR
This paper derives model-independent formulas for analyzing power and spin transfer in polarized proton-proton collisions producing omega mesons, focusing on empirical determination of key partial wave amplitudes without ambiguities.
Contribution
It introduces new model-independent formulas for analyzing power and spin transfer, enabling unambiguous empirical determination of partial wave amplitudes in omega meson production.
Findings
Derived formulas for $A_y$ and spin transfers in $pp o pp \, \omega$
Identified methods to determine lowest partial wave amplitudes $f_1, f_2, f_3$
Focused on threshold partial wave channels $Ss, Sp, Ps$
Abstract
Model independent formulae are derived for the beam analyzing power and beam to meson spin transfers in taking into consideration all the six threshold partial wave amplitudes covering the and channels. Attention is also focussed on the empirical determination of the lowest three partial wave amplitudes without any discrete ambiguities.
