Sparticle Masses in Higgsed Gauge Mediation
Elie Gorbatov, Matthew Sudano

TL;DR
This paper generalizes gauge-mediated supersymmetry breaking to include arbitrary gauge groups with Higgsing, showing that such structures tend to increase sfermion masses relative to gauginos in the MSSM spectrum.
Contribution
It introduces a framework for calculating sparticle masses with arbitrary Higgsed gauge groups in gauge mediation, expanding the theoretical understanding of supersymmetry breaking effects.
Findings
Higgsed gauge structures raise sfermion masses compared to gauginos.
The sparticle masses are computed at leading order in the gauge coupling.
The model accommodates arbitrary gauge groups and Higgsing patterns.
Abstract
We generalize the gauge sector of gauge-mediated supersymmetry breaking to allow for an arbitrary gauge group with an arbitrary supersymmetric Higgsing. The sparticle masses are computed to leading order in the gauge coupling. The generic effect on the MSSM spectrum from additional Higgsed gauge structure is to increase the sfermion masses relative to the gaugino masses.
