Abstract
In a series of papers by Henkel, Roger and Unterberger, Schr\"{o}dinger-Virasoro algebras and their deformations were introduced and investigated. In the present paper we determine the 2-cocycles of a class of deformative Schr\"{o}dinger-Virasoro algebras.
