Measurements of J/\psi decays into \omega K \bar{K} \pi and \phi K \bar{K} \pi
BES Collaboration

TL;DR
This study investigates specific decay modes of J/ψ particles, revealing mass enhancements in some channels and measuring several branching fractions, including the first measurement of J/ψ to η K0s K± π∓.
Contribution
It provides new measurements of branching fractions for J/ψ decays into various mesonic final states, including the first measurement of J/ψ to η K0s K± π∓, and observes mass enhancements in certain decay channels.
Findings
Mass enhancements at around 1.44 GeV/c² in ω Kar{K}π decays.
No mass enhancements observed in φ Kar{K}π decays.
First measurement of J/ψ → η K0s K± π∓ branching fraction.
Abstract
The decays of and are studied using events collected with the Beijing Spectrometer (BESII) at the Beijing Electron-Positron Collider (BEPC). The and systems, produced in , have enhancements in the invariant mass distributions at around 1.44 GeV/. However, there is no evidence for mass enhancements in the system in . The branching fractions of , , , and are obtained, and the branching fraction is measured for the first time.
