New string vacua from twistor spaces
Alessandro Tomasiello

TL;DR
This paper discovers a new class of AdS_4 vacua in type IIA string theory with non-Einstein, non-Kähler internal spaces, where all moduli are stabilized purely by fluxes without quantum effects.
Contribution
It introduces a novel family of flux-stabilized AdS_4 vacua on specific topologies with general metrics, expanding the landscape of known string theory solutions.
Findings
Identified new AdS_4 vacua with non-Einstein, non-Kähler internal spaces
Achieved moduli stabilization solely through fluxes without quantum effects
Provided a ten-dimensional analysis independent of Kaluza-Klein assumptions
Abstract
We find a new family of AdS_4 vacua in IIA string theory. The internal space is topologically either the complex projective space CP^3 or the "flag manifold" SU(3)/(U(1)xU(1)), but the metric is in general neither Einstein nor Kaehler. All known moduli are stabilized by fluxes, without using quantum effects or orientifold planes. The analysis is completely ten--dimensional and does not rely on assumptions about Kaluza--Klein reduction.
