A General Relativistic Rotating Evolutionary Universe
Marcelo Samuel Berman

TL;DR
This paper demonstrates that the Robertson-Walker metric, when expressed in coordinate cosmic time, can incorporate a rotational state of the universe, providing formulas for angular speed and metric coefficients.
Contribution
It introduces a novel interpretation of the Robertson-Walker metric to include universe rotation using coordinate cosmic time.
Findings
Derived an exact formula for the universe's angular speed.
Showed the metric can include rotational states.
Connected coordinate cosmic time with rotational properties.
Abstract
We show that when we work with coordinate cosmic time, which is not proper time, Robertson-Walker's metric, includes a possible rotational state of the Universe. An exact formula for the angular speed and the temporal metric coefficient, is found.
