Search for sneutrino particles in e + mu final states in ppbar collisions at sqrt{s} =1.96 TeV
D0 Collaboration: V.M Abazov, et al

TL;DR
This paper reports a search for sneutrino particles decaying into e+mu final states in proton-antiproton collisions at 1.96 TeV, finding no evidence of new physics and setting limits on relevant couplings.
Contribution
First search for R-parity violating sneutrino production in e+mu final states at Tevatron, establishing new limits on couplings as a function of sneutrino mass.
Findings
No significant excess over standard model predictions.
Set limits on R-parity violating couplings $ ext{λ'}_{311}$ and $ ext{λ}_{312}$.
Constrained sneutrino mass and coupling parameter space.
Abstract
We report a search for R-parity violating production and decay of sneutrino particles in the e+mu final state with 1.04+-0.06 fb-1 of data collected with the D0 detector at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider in 2002--2006. Good agreement between the data and the standard model prediction is observed. With no evidence for new physics, we set limits on the R-parity violating couplings and as a function of sneutrino mass.
