Zhi-Gang Wang, Zhi-Bin Wang

TL;DR
This paper uses light-cone QCD sum rules to analyze the $D^*D^* ho$ vertex and determine its strong coupling constant, which is crucial for understanding charmonium absorption in quark-gluon plasma research.
Contribution
It provides a new calculation of the $g_{D^*D^* ho}$ coupling constant using light-cone QCD sum rules, aligning with SU(4) symmetry and vector meson dominance predictions.
Findings
Calculated $g_{D^*D^* ho}$ consistent with theoretical models.
Supports the relevance of SU(4) symmetry in heavy meson interactions.
Provides input for charmonium absorption cross section evaluations.
Abstract
In this article, we analyze the vertex with the light-cone QCD sum rules. The strong coupling constant is an important parameter in evaluating the charmonium absorption cross sections in searching for the quark-gluon plasmas. Our numerical value for the is consistent with the prediction of the effective SU(4) symmetry and vector meson dominance theory.
