The Pion Form Factor at Large Momentum Transfer
Pai-hsien Jennifer Hsu, George T. Fleming (Yale University)

TL;DR
This paper calculates the pion's electromagnetic form factor at high momentum transfer, expanding previous studies by including more momentum combinations and configurations, and fitting results with the vector meson dominance model.
Contribution
It introduces an improved lattice QCD calculation of the pion form factor at large momentum transfer with enhanced data and analysis methods.
Findings
Extended momentum transfer range studied
More configurations used for better accuracy
Results fitted with vector meson dominance model
Abstract
We present our calculations of the electromagnetic form factor of pions. We explore the properties of pion form factor at momentum transfer larger than previous studies by including more combinations of source and sink momenta and using more configurations. We fit our results using vector meson dominance (VMD) hypothesis.
