A generalization of the Ginzburg-Landau theory to p-wave superconductors
E. Di Grezia, S. Esposito, G. Salesi

TL;DR
This paper extends the Ginzburg-Landau theory to model spin-triplet p-wave superconductors by incorporating a second order parameter and interactions, providing a more comprehensive theoretical framework.
Contribution
It introduces a novel theoretical model for p-wave superconductors by modifying the Ginzburg-Landau theory with an additional order parameter and interaction terms.
Findings
Developed a new Ginzburg-Landau based model for p-wave superconductors.
Demonstrated the role of the second order parameter in describing spin-triplet pairing.
Provided a foundation for further theoretical and experimental studies of p-wave superconductivity.
Abstract
We succeed to build up a straightforward theoretical model for spin-triplet p-wave superconductors by introducing in Ginzburg-Landau theory a second order parameter and a suitable interaction between the two mean fields.
