Parton showers from the dipole formalism
Michael Dinsdale, Marko Ternick, Stefan Weinzierl

TL;DR
This paper introduces a new parton shower algorithm based on dipole factorisation, applicable to both hadron and electron-positron colliders, handling massless and massive partons uniformly.
Contribution
The paper presents a novel dipole-based parton shower algorithm that treats initial and final state partons equally, including massive partons, for collider simulations.
Findings
Algorithm successfully models parton showers in collider environments.
Handles both massless and massive partons effectively.
Provides a unified framework for different collider types.
Abstract
We present an implementation of a parton shower algorithm for hadron colliders and electron-positron colliders based on the dipole factorisation formulae. The algorithm treats initial-state partons on equal footing with final-state partons. We implemented the algorithm for massless and massive partons.
