Moulay Rchid Sidi Ammi, Delfim F. M. Torres

TL;DR
This paper proves the existence of positive solutions for a non-local p-Laplacian thermistor problem formulated on time scales, using fixed point theory to address a broad class of applications.
Contribution
It introduces a novel application of the Guo-Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem to non-local p-Laplacian problems on time scales, expanding solution existence results.
Findings
Existence of positive solutions established for the problem.
Application of fixed point theorem on cones in this context.
Framework applicable to various thermistor models on time scales.
Abstract
We make use of the Guo-Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem on cones to prove existence of positive solutions to a non local p-Laplacian boundary value problem on time scales arising in many applications.
