Exclusive J/psi and Upsilon hadroproduction as a probe of the QCD Odderon
Lech Szymanowski

TL;DR
This paper investigates the exclusive production of J/psi and Upsilon mesons in proton-proton and proton-antiproton collisions, using theoretical models to estimate cross sections at Tevatron and LHC energies, aiming to probe the QCD Odderon.
Contribution
It provides the first estimates of cross sections for exclusive J/psi and Upsilon production via pomeron-odderon and pomeron-photon fusion in high-energy collisions.
Findings
Estimated cross sections for J/psi and Upsilon production at Tevatron and LHC.
Predicted signatures for probing the QCD Odderon.
Guidance for experimental searches of Odderon effects.
Abstract
We study the exclusive production of J/psi or Upsilon in pp and bar pp collisions, where the meson emerges from the pomeron--odderon and the pomeron--photon fusion. We estimate the cross sections for these processes for the kinematical conditions of the Tevatron and of the LHC.
