Measurement of electro-magnetic radiation at RHIC-PHENIX
Takao Sakaguchi (for the PHENIX Collaboration)

TL;DR
This paper reports on measurements of electromagnetic radiation, specifically direct photons and dileptons, in heavy ion collisions at RHIC-PHENIX, providing insights into the structure functions and isospin effects at different energies.
Contribution
It presents new measurements of direct photons at two different energies in heavy ion collisions, expanding understanding of electromagnetic radiation in such events.
Findings
Observation of direct photons at 200 GeV in Au+Au collisions.
First measurement of direct photons at 62.4 GeV in the same system.
Insights into structure function and isospin effects in electromagnetic radiation.
Abstract
Recent results on direct photons and dileptons from the PHENIX experiment opened up a possibility of landscaping electro-magnetic radiation over various kinetic energies in heavy ion collisions. Results on direct photon measurement in Au+Au collisions at =200GeV are discussed from the point of view of structure function and isospin effect. It is supported by the first measurement of direct photons at =62.4GeV in the same collisional system.
