QCD sum rules analysis of the rare radiative Bc -> D*_s gamma decay
K. Azizi, V. Bashiry

TL;DR
This paper uses QCD sum rules to analyze the rare radiative decay of Bc mesons into D*_s gamma, estimating its branching ratio and providing theoretical predictions relevant for LHC experiments.
Contribution
It presents a novel calculation of the transition form factors and branching ratio for Bc -> D*_s gamma decay using QCD sum rules, which had not been thoroughly analyzed before.
Findings
Branching ratio estimated at ~10^-5
Decay is potentially measurable at LHC
Transition form factors calculated
Abstract
In this work, the radiative Bc -> D*_s gamma decay is investigated in the framework of QCD sum rules. The transition form factors responsible for the decay are calculated. The branching ratio for this decay is estimated to be order of 10^-5 which can be measurable at LHC.
