Effective resistance on random electrical networks
Michel Benaim, Itai Benjamini, Raphael Rossignol

TL;DR
This paper intended to analyze effective resistance in random electrical networks but was withdrawn due to a critical proof error, leaving the core problem unresolved.
Contribution
The paper aimed to provide insights into effective resistance in random networks but was retracted due to a fundamental mistake.
Findings
Proposition 2.2 is false
The proof contains an error in claim (3)
The entire paper collapses due to the error
Abstract
This paper has been withdrawn. See v1 still available to understand the problem: Proposition 2.2 is false. The error in the proof is in claim (3). Then, the whole paper collapses. We do not have any correction for now. We apologize to everyone.
