Strong decay $\Delta^{++} \to p\pi$ with light-cone QCD sum rules
Zhi-Gang Wang

TL;DR
This paper calculates the strong decay coupling constant for the $elta^{++} rrow p pi$ process using light-cone QCD sum rules, aligning well with experimental data and discussing potential sources of discrepancy.
Contribution
It provides a novel calculation of the strong coupling constant for the $elta^{++} rrow p pi$ decay using light-cone QCD sum rules, including analysis of theoretical uncertainties.
Findings
The calculated $g_{elta N pi}$ is consistent with experimental data.
Discrepancies may be due to neglecting perturbative $lpha_s$ corrections.
The method offers a reliable approach to studying strong decays in QCD.
Abstract
In this article, we calculate the strong coupling constant and study the strong decay with the light-cone QCD sum rules. The numerical value of the strong coupling constant is consistent with the experimental data. The small discrepancy maybe due to failure to take into account the perturbative corrections.
