Diquark Representations for Singly Heavy Baryons with Light Staggered Quarks
Steven Gottlieb, Heechang Na, Kazuhiro Nagata

TL;DR
This paper develops a group-theoretical framework for constructing diquark operators in lattice QCD with staggered fermions, specifically for singly heavy baryons, bridging continuum and lattice representations.
Contribution
It introduces a systematic method to connect continuum diquark states with their lattice staggered fermion counterparts in heavy baryon studies.
Findings
Established group theoretical connections between continuum and lattice diquark representations.
Constructed explicit diquark operators suitable for lattice simulations.
Facilitated more accurate lattice QCD studies of singly heavy baryons.
Abstract
In the staggered fermion formulation of lattice QCD, we construct diquark operators which are to be embedded in singly heavy baryons. The group theoretical connections between continuum and lattice staggered diquark representations are established.
